YOGA, BREATHWORK, TRAUMA INFORMED YOGA, MEDITATION

Hope Griffin, RYT-200

Yoga has always been a part of my life. I grew up watching my mother teach and hold space for others, and from an early age I understood that yoga is more than movement — it’s connection, healing, and community.

I am a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with an additional 50-hour trauma-informed certification, and a trained breathwork practitioner. I studied under the Ashtanga lineage, and that foundation continues to influence my teaching — grounding each class in intention, discipline, and breath-led movement.

I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin flows, with a strong emphasis on breathwork. In my classes, we use the breath as our anchor — to regulate the nervous system, to build strength, and to create space within both body and mind. I also offer prenatal yoga and private sessions.

Whether you are brand new to yoga or have years of experience, my classes are designed so everyone can learn something new. Students often arrive feeling scattered or overwhelmed and leave feeling connected — to themselves and to their community.

Jaime Hellwege, RYT - 200

My yoga journey is one of alignment, resilience, and deep transformation. I completed my first 200- hour YTT at Studio Lotus under Dan Houston (eRYT500), cofounder of Mind Tribes in spring 2024. After undergoing spinal fusion and scoliosis reconstruction surgery, my teaching journey continued with a second 200- hour YTT in spring 2025 under Christine Mock (eRYT500). These experiences deeply shaped my personal practice and my teaching style.

A previous life as a collegiate athlete, a competitive long distance race runner, and a lifelong exercise addiction, my body has been begging for an intentional and softer journey not based on performance or punishment. In his new chapter of life with my (upgraded) spine, yoga has become a grounding, nurturing, healing journey.

With a desire to create a yoga space where accessible movement and an individualized experience in a smaller setting, Earth Bound Yoga came to life.

Jaime’s classes blend mindful, modified movement, soul-centered breathwork, and guided meditation, offering space for presence, purpose, and a space to arrive, reset, and reconnect.

Anna Hanson, CPEC

Hi there! I’m glad you are here!

In my coaching I lean into my strengths of vulnerability, authenticity, and curiosity to help clients move through emotional challenges and into meaningful action—in both their personal and professional lives.

My work is deeply rooted in my own journey. After years of counseling, where I explored attachment styles, parent wounds, self-efficacy, and grief trauma, I became passionate about applying that awareness in real-world ways—within relationships, at work, and in everyday decision-making. That path led me to the field of coaching, where I earned my Certificate in Personal and Executive Coaching (CPEC) through the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute.

My coaching blends mindset work, positive psychology, and personality insights to support people who have done the inner healing of counseling and are now ready for what comes next: forward-focused, outward action.
