Christine Mock, eRYT - 500
I am a Boise- based yoga, breathwork and meditation teacher, a yoga teacher trainer, and a forever student of nature’s rhythms.
With over a decade of experience and advanced training in Katonah Yoga, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, functional anatomy and more, I am able to weave together a beautiful background as an herbalist, former collegiate athlete, and recovering perfectionist to offer practices that nourish the whole self and honor the full spectrum of the human experience.
Christine’s classes are grounded, imaginative, and attuned to the seasons, creating space for students to explore the intersection of life and yoga. She invites playful inquiry into how WHAT we practice on the mat translates into our daily lives. Together with Christine, you’ll explore yoga as a pathway to transformation, self- discovery, and the freedom to step into your fullest potential.

Jaime Hellwege, RYT - 200
My yoga journey is one of alignment, resilience, and deep transformation. I completed my first 200- hour YTT at Studio Lotus under Dan Houston (eRYT500), cofounder of Mind Tribes in spring 2024. After undergoing spinal fusion and scoliosis reconstruction surgery, my teaching journey continued with a second 200- hour YTT in spring 2025 under Christine Mock (eRYT500). These experiences deeply shaped my personal practice and my teaching style.
A previous life as a collegiate athlete, a competitive long distance race runner, and a lifelong exercise addiction, my body has been begging for an intentional and softer journey not based on performance or punishment. In his new chapter of life with my (upgraded) spine, yoga has become a grounding, nurturing, healing journey.
With a desire to create a yoga space where accessible movement and an individualized experience in a smaller setting, Earth Bound Yoga came to life.
Jaime’s classes blend mindful, modified movement, soul-centered breathwork, and guided meditation, offering space for presence, purpose, and a space to arrive, reset, and reconnect.
