From Heat to Hearth: Welcoming Autumn
A shift in energy.
In summer, heat is everywhere, it’s universal, inescapable, the animating force of the season. It surrounds us in the air, and it rises within us too, which is why summer can feel so overwhelming, exhausting, and all-consuming.
Autumn shifts that energy. Heat no longer radiates in every direction. Instead, it gather’s in one place; the hearth. Unlike summer’s universal fire, the hearth’s fire is personal, intentional, and cultivated. Someone had to tent. Autumn invited us into that same concentrated warmth, drawing scattered energy inward, kindling presence, and choosing where our attention and care will be.
Join Christine at Earth Bound Yoga on Saturday October 11th at 11:00 to lean into the softening of summer’s fire with gentle movements and yin yoga, clarifying breathwork, and guided meditation inspired but the energy of the metal element.
You’ll leave feeling clear, steady, and ready to welcome autumn’s slower pace.
